As a professional golfer, I went to Casey with a few goals and they were to gain strength, power and speed to help my golf game. When I expressed those goals to Casey, he had no doubt that we could achieve them and improve day by day. Casey's programming is easy to access and is always available if I have any questions or concerns. Casey is in constant contact and wants to make sure I have confidence in what we are doing. After each month we have seen that I continue to improve in all the areas I expressed at the beginning. He has given me the confidence that what we are doing in the gym, is helping me improve out on the golf course. I would recommend his program to any level of golfer, especially if you are looking to play professionally. I started working with Casey this past summer with a goal of becoming a better golfer. Over the past 6 months we have reached new heights with my physical ability which in return has improved my speed and recovery time between rounds. Casey helped me get from a place of being injured, apathetic towards training and frustrated that I couldn't get healthy to a place of being able to run and train consistently. I was out of ideas on how to get healthy and after working together for a few months he got me back up and running again. That was huge, but the bigger help was reversing some of the negative self talk I had going, also helping me process those times when I wasn't 100%. Casey is super easy to be with and was always available when I had questions.
